Advertise in our program, poster and glory board

The Booster Club would like to ask if any of you work for (or own) a company who would like to help our basketball team by sponsoring us in advertising in our program, poster and/or glory board. 

Do you have any family or friends who could benefit from supporting our boys?

Dear Business owner and friends of Glacier Peak Basketball

     Glacier Peak High School is currently looking for local businesses that are interested in supporting the Girls and/or Boys Basketball programs.  As a sponsor, you have several options to choose from to support our teams.  Please review the following to help you decide which is the best way for you to support and encourage our student athletes.

Option #1

~Join the Grizzly Glory Club. 

Glacier Peak’s Girls and Boys Basketball teams have a unique advertising opportunity for businesses.  It provides inexpensive advertising for businesses while guaranteeing highly visual year-round exposure, frequent audio announcements, and a company tax deduction, all while providing support for local student-athletes. 

• Pledge fifty cents ($.50) for every point scored by the varsity team (no cap).  This entitles your business to a placard on the Grizzly Glory Board, your choice of advertising on either the team poster or in the team program (value$150) and your company name will be announced as a sponsor during half time at every home game.  If you choose this option for both the boy’s and the girl’s teams, we will make one double size placard and you may choose one advertising option for each team!

 

• Pledge one dollar ($1) for every point scored by the varsity team (with a cap at $1,000).  This entitles your business to a double size placard on the Grizzly Glory Board, advertising on the team poster as well as in the team program (total value $300) and your company name will be announced as a sponsor during half time at every home game. 

 

The placard with your business’ name and logo will be placed on a permanent sign in the Glacier Peak gymnasium for one year (1 yr).  This sign will be up for all basketball, volleyball, wrestling, band and choir performances, and all activities in the gymnasium, including everyday physical education classes.

 

Option #2

~Advertise on the Varsity Poster (Includes pictures of players and a season calendar)

• All ads on the posters are of equal size, $250.00 to be included on both girls and boys posters or $150 for your choice of one poster.

 

Option #3

~Advertise in the Basketball Program

• Programs will be sold at all home games.  You may select which size ad to put in the program with the following options:
• 5 ½” x 8 ½” size ad:         $200.00
• 4 ¼” x 5 ½” size ad:         $100.00
• 2” x 3” size ad:                   $50.00

 

Option #4

~You may, of course, simply choose to make a donation in the dollar amount of your choice.

 

All advertising donations and graphics need to be received before Nov. 17, 2011

to be included in the programs and/or posters.
